All services, with the exception of In Home Personal Training, are available to everyone throughout the United States.
Online Personal Training - $30/month
Semi-Private Training - $25/person (minimum of 3 people)
Studio and In Home Personal Training - $50/session
(Sold in a series of 1, 2, or 3/wk.)
Single Session or 90 minute Fitness Assessment and Consultation - $75
Online Nutrition – VitaBot is no longer directly available through TRUE FITNESS
Home Exercise Equipment Consultation –$75 This amount will be applied towards a purchase of $100 or more if the recommended equipment is purchased through TRUE FITNESS LLC.
